A comprehensive promotional campaign designed to boost tourism in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture—a place associated with Murasaki Shikibu—in conjunction with the broadcast of the Taiga drama. Our proposal was selected by the local government based on its strategic tour design and creative concepts.
We provided comprehensive production services, ranging from graphic design for campaign brochures and flyers to the development of a digital stamp rally utilizing a dedicated app. We reinterpreted the atmosphere inherent in Heian-period literature from a modern perspective and designed “motivation” to encourage a wide range of people to explore the city.
