Building the artistic identity of contemporary artist Toshiki Hayasaka. The challenge was to present his body of work—which explores the origins of matter and the nature of existence—in the digital realm while preserving its purity. Through the development of a corporate identity (logo) and the creation of a portfolio website, we transformed fragments of the artist’s thought into a serene yet powerful online experience. We embodied the “silence” and “dynamism” emanating from his works through the use of white space, typography, and sophisticated UX design.

Kort Valuta Company Movie
Kortvaluta, a fintech solution originating in Northern Europe. We produced a corporate video to showcase its brand identity to the world.
Our mission is to transform the sophisticated, yet invisible technology of “payment infrastructure” into an intuitive and trustworthy “brand experience.” In terms of visual expression, we deliberately stripped away excessive embellishments and embraced minimalism. By layering expansive white space, meticulous typography, and symbolic textures, we visually defined the company’s transparency and innovation.
At the heart of this project lies “advanced localization”—seamlessly connecting the global context (Nordic sophistication) with the sensibilities of each market. AGM’s design team and a multinational localization team collaborated from the earliest stages to examine the “cultural weight” of every single keyword in the video.
A sense of excitement that transcends words, combined with logically constructed branding—the fusion of these elements has resulted in a powerful communication solution that resonates deeply with investors and users across borders.
Osaka Castle Digital Content (Historic Site Guide Function)
We produced digital content that showcases the appeal of Osaka Castle—one of Japan’s premier historic sites—from multiple perspectives.
We handled the entire process, from planning and filming video content that unravels the site’s historical significance to implementing a digital map that allows visitors to navigate the vast grounds with ease.
We transformed specialized historical facts into “stories” that anyone—regardless of nationality or age—can enjoy, successfully balancing the convenience of modern tourism infrastructure with a deep appreciation for the site as a cultural asset.
Fore-
We developed the brand identity for “Fore-,” a company that leverages cutting-edge technology.
We translated complex logic and intangible technical value into a visual language that is intuitively understandable. We handled the entire process, from formulating the CI/VI to creating the corporate and product websites.
We defined the exquisite balance between the “sharpness” of technology and the “approachability” it offers when implemented in society through design, creating a brand experience that evokes the standards of the next generation.
ALLSTARS
A project to launch “ALLSTARS CLUB,” a membership-based platform connecting the world’s top athletes with fans.
We developed a corporate identity (logo) that symbolizes the “excellence” of top players, including Andrés Iniesta, and the “passion” inherent in sports. We built a brand identity that exudes sophistication and prestige on a global scale, extending from business cards to various business applications.
Going beyond a mere fan club, the design embodies the dignity of a “special social gathering” that shares the athletes’ insights and philosophies.
ANAORI
Launch of “ANAORI,” a global brand of cooking utensils that embodies the pinnacle of carbon processing technology.
We fused Japan’s traditional “kama” (cauldron) culture with cutting-edge carbon technology. We were responsible for the entire process—from developing the CI/VI to establishing the identity of the flagship model “kakugama” and creating the global website.
Eastern philosophy and Western functional beauty. Through design, we bridged this divide to create a brand experience that sets a new standard for gastronomy (food culture) around the world.
Mozu-Furuichi Kofun Group
To mark the inscription of the “Mozu-Furuichi Kofun Cluster”—Osaka’s first World Cultural Heritage site—we launched a strategic PR campaign targeting the global market. In addition to producing official brochures and posters in five languages, we conducted a survey (questionnaire) targeting foreign tourists. Based on the analysis of these results, we provided comprehensive support, including the development of optimal sightseeing routes covering the vast area. We transformed the massive “kofun”—a serene cultural resource—into an active tourist attraction that people from around the world should experience, and used the power of creativity to drive the development of a welcoming environment throughout the entire region.
Instagram Campaign : Poster Design
We created promotional visuals for the “Mie Prefecture Tourism Instagram Campaign” launched by the Mie Prefecture Tourism Association and JTB. For the B1 posters and A4 flyers, we adopted a “grid-based design” that encapsulates the multifaceted appeal of Mie Prefecture.
The core tagline of the creative concept was developed in collaboration with a native writer. Rather than relying on simple translations or stock phrases, we proposed wording that deeply resonates with the sensibilities of travelers both in Japan and abroad, thereby building a visual and emotional brand experience through social media.
MARVEL STRIKE FORCE
Scopely’s globally popular hit game, *Marvel Strike Force*. As the official partner managing its Japanese Discord server, we created a special gift (smartphone wallpapers) for Japanese fans. Our mission was to maintain the universal brand image of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) while maximizing the identities of the Japanese characters “Silver Samurai” and “Lady Deathstrike” within a “Japanese” context. Rather than simply translating text or cropping images, we worked closely with the localization team from the initial conceptual stages. We carefully selected traditional Japanese motifs—such as Mount Fuji, Katsushika Hokusai’s “The Great Wave,” and gold folding screens—from stock images and creatively reimagined them. Furthermore, for the title logos and character names, we adopted Japanese-style fonts that evoke the feel of sumi-e ink paintings and traditional Japanese patterns (for example, stoic line art matching the texture of Silver Samurai’s armor, and textures matching Lady Deathstrike’s hair color). Through this meticulous adjustment of the “texture” and “feel,” we embodied a refined “Japanese aesthetic” that feels natural even from the perspective of native speakers of various nationalities. We achieved a creative solution that resonates intuitively with fans in the target cultural regions, even for a global IP.
