110 it.

We provided comprehensive production services for “110it,” a premium brand that specializes exclusively in “female cattle”—a rare category even within Wagyu.
We handled every aspect of the project, from developing the CI/VI to embody the philosophy behind the brand name to building a global e-commerce site that enables orders from around the world.
We implemented a brand strategy designed to elevate this pinnacle of Japan’s culinary culture—not merely as an “ingredient,” but as a “luxury experience” coveted by food connoisseurs worldwide.

TOSHIKI HAYASAKA

Building the artistic identity of contemporary artist Toshiki Hayasaka. The challenge was to present his body of work—which explores the origins of matter and the nature of existence—in the digital realm while preserving its purity. Through the development of a corporate identity (logo) and the creation of a portfolio website, we transformed fragments of the artist’s thought into a serene yet powerful online experience. We embodied the “silence” and “dynamism” emanating from his works through the use of white space, typography, and sophisticated UX design.

neron

A branding project for “NERON,” a biotechnology company that aims to fundamentally solve health challenges based on research into gut microbiota. We translated complex scientific evidence into a visual language that conveys trust and innovation. Through the development of the corporate identity (CI) and visual identity (VI), we transformed the potential of invisible “microbes” into a brand identity that anyone can intuitively understand. We developed a design system that bridges the two extremes: the “precision” born from 10 billion possible combinations and the “warmth” essential for people to live healthy lives.

Kort Valuta Company Movie

Kortvaluta, a fintech solution originating in Northern Europe. We produced a corporate video to showcase its brand identity to the world.

Our mission is to transform the sophisticated, yet invisible technology of “payment infrastructure” into an intuitive and trustworthy “brand experience.” In terms of visual expression, we deliberately stripped away excessive embellishments and embraced minimalism. By layering expansive white space, meticulous typography, and symbolic textures, we visually defined the company’s transparency and innovation.

At the heart of this project lies “advanced localization”—seamlessly connecting the global context (Nordic sophistication) with the sensibilities of each market. AGM’s design team and a multinational localization team collaborated from the earliest stages to examine the “cultural weight” of every single keyword in the video.

A sense of excitement that transcends words, combined with logically constructed branding—the fusion of these elements has resulted in a powerful communication solution that resonates deeply with investors and users across borders.

Fore-

We developed the brand identity for “Fore-,” a company that leverages cutting-edge technology.
We translated complex logic and intangible technical value into a visual language that is intuitively understandable. We handled the entire process, from formulating the CI/VI to creating the corporate and product websites.

We defined the exquisite balance between the “sharpness” of technology and the “approachability” it offers when implemented in society through design, creating a brand experience that evokes the standards of the next generation.

Medical Corporation Tokuyukai

Comprehensive branding for the facilities under the umbrella of “Medical Corporation Tokuyukai,” which provides advanced medical services primarily in the Osaka area (Sakamoto Hospital, Senriyama Hospital, Organic Clinic, and Kansai Rehabilitation Hospital).
In addition to creating logos, websites, brochures, and promotional materials for each location, we were also responsible for the color scheme and interior design at Kansai Rehabilitation Hospital to support patients’ recovery. Through a consistent design system, we embodied the “trust in advanced expertise” and “soothing hospitality” expected in the medical field.

ALLSTARS

A project to launch “ALLSTARS CLUB,” a membership-based platform connecting the world’s top athletes with fans.
We developed a corporate identity (logo) that symbolizes the “excellence” of top players, including Andrés Iniesta, and the “passion” inherent in sports. We built a brand identity that exudes sophistication and prestige on a global scale, extending from business cards to various business applications.
Going beyond a mere fan club, the design embodies the dignity of a “special social gathering” that shares the athletes’ insights and philosophies.

ANAORI

Launch of “ANAORI,” a global brand of cooking utensils that embodies the pinnacle of carbon processing technology.
We fused Japan’s traditional “kama” (cauldron) culture with cutting-edge carbon technology. We were responsible for the entire process—from developing the CI/VI to establishing the identity of the flagship model “kakugama” and creating the global website.

Eastern philosophy and Western functional beauty. Through design, we bridged this divide to create a brand experience that sets a new standard for gastronomy (food culture) around the world.

OCTLINK

At the core of “OCTLINK’s” identity is a symbol mark featuring an “octopus”—the very source of the company’s name.
We have transformed the “multidirectional reach” and “adhesive power” of an octopus’s tentacles into a functional beauty that flexibly yet firmly connects (LINK) the diverse tasks and stakeholders found on construction sites.

This logo strikes a balance between “intelligence”—which simplifies complex site management—and approachability. Its minimalist, geometrically composed lines offer high visibility, ensuring “OCTLINK” is instantly recognizable even on helmets, heavy machinery, and smartphone screens, while also embodying the sophistication befitting the next-generation standard in construction management.

IZANAU

I was responsible for the launch, planning, and branding of “IZANAU,” an information portal that comprehensively provides information on working, living, and daily life in Japan for foreign residents and visitors, as well as highly skilled foreign professionals.
I managed the entire process—from developing the concept of connecting Japan with the world to designing the logo and creating the initial UI/UX design. I established a brand identity that struck a balance between “trustworthiness” and “approachability that conveys the appeal of Japan” for a multinational target audience, thereby contributing to the development of the service’s foundation.
