Building the artistic identity of contemporary artist Toshiki Hayasaka. The challenge was to present his body of work—which explores the origins of matter and the nature of existence—in the digital realm while preserving its purity. Through the development of a corporate identity (logo) and the creation of a portfolio website, we transformed fragments of the artist’s thought into a serene yet powerful online experience. We embodied the “silence” and “dynamism” emanating from his works through the use of white space, typography, and sophisticated UX design.

KURASHIKI ALL WLLCOM
The “ALL WELCOME” project in Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture, aims to welcome travelers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
To ensure that everyone can enjoy their travels with peace of mind, regardless of religious or physical limitations, we handled multifaceted communication design—from selecting pictograms (symbols) to negotiating with restaurants to accommodate Muslim guests, producing guidebooks (pamphlets), and taking photographs that convey the area’s visual appeal.
Going beyond simply disseminating information, we updated the local mindset and built the infrastructure needed to connect travelers from around the world with the city.
Osaka Castle Digital Content (Historic Site Guide Function)
We produced digital content that showcases the appeal of Osaka Castle—one of Japan’s premier historic sites—from multiple perspectives.
We handled the entire process, from planning and filming video content that unravels the site’s historical significance to implementing a digital map that allows visitors to navigate the vast grounds with ease.
We transformed specialized historical facts into “stories” that anyone—regardless of nationality or age—can enjoy, successfully balancing the convenience of modern tourism infrastructure with a deep appreciation for the site as a cultural asset.
Fore-
We developed the brand identity for “Fore-,” a company that leverages cutting-edge technology.
We translated complex logic and intangible technical value into a visual language that is intuitively understandable. We handled the entire process, from formulating the CI/VI to creating the corporate and product websites.
We defined the exquisite balance between the “sharpness” of technology and the “approachability” it offers when implemented in society through design, creating a brand experience that evokes the standards of the next generation.
ANAORI
Launch of “ANAORI,” a global brand of cooking utensils that embodies the pinnacle of carbon processing technology.
We fused Japan’s traditional “kama” (cauldron) culture with cutting-edge carbon technology. We were responsible for the entire process—from developing the CI/VI to establishing the identity of the flagship model “kakugama” and creating the global website.
Eastern philosophy and Western functional beauty. Through design, we bridged this divide to create a brand experience that sets a new standard for gastronomy (food culture) around the world.
Mozu-Furuichi Kofun Group
To mark the inscription of the “Mozu-Furuichi Kofun Cluster”—Osaka’s first World Cultural Heritage site—we launched a strategic PR campaign targeting the global market. In addition to producing official brochures and posters in five languages, we conducted a survey (questionnaire) targeting foreign tourists. Based on the analysis of these results, we provided comprehensive support, including the development of optimal sightseeing routes covering the vast area. We transformed the massive “kofun”—a serene cultural resource—into an active tourist attraction that people from around the world should experience, and used the power of creativity to drive the development of a welcoming environment throughout the entire region.
YAMATO
We collaborated with Dentsu Kansai to produce a 92-page tourism brochure for Sakurai City, Nara Prefecture—a place closely associated with the Yamato Imperial Court and boasting Japan’s oldest history. The brochure showcases highly specialized historical and cultural resources, such as the Eleven-Faced Kannon at Shorin-ji Temple, Mount Miwa, and Hase-dera Temple, in six languages: Japanese, English, French, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. We provided comprehensive direction throughout the entire process—from design that captured the project’s intent to translations that delved into the cultural contexts of each target country, and high-quality print management. Going beyond mere translation of information, we have achieved a sophisticated brand communication strategy that presents Sakurai City’s value as the “source of Japanese culture” to the world.
The Lands of Yoshino, Koya, and Kumano
A region-wide promotional campaign commemorating the 15th anniversary of the inscription of the World Heritage site “Sacred Sites and Pilgrimage Routes in the Kii Mountain Range,” which spans the three prefectures of Mie, Nara, and Wakayama. We created this campaign in both Japanese and English to showcase the charm of these sacred sites with their timeless history and the pilgrimage routes where prayer still thrives today. Through B1-sized posters and detailed tourism brochures, we visually translate and convey to travelers worldwide the mystical landscapes of the Kii Mountains and the magnificent stories shaped by the lives of its people.
KASHIWAYA
Comprehensive branding for “Senriyama Kashiwaya,” a renowned restaurant that continues to pursue the pinnacle of Japanese cuisine.
We visualized the restaurant’s philosophy—which values the changing seasons and the spirit of the sukiya-style tea house—through a consistent visual identity that extends from the logo and website to various promotional materials, uniforms, and magazine advertisements.
Through the power of design, we harmonized the weight of tradition with the sophistication befitting a modern dining experience, creating a brand experience that allows guests to engage with “Kashiya” through all five senses.
